- This workshop will list at least three different roles that technology is playing in the globalization of the commercial real estate industry and identify emerging trends. (Mark Kingston)
- A leading academic from Japan will explain how globalization has changed the commercial real estate industry in Asia and what this means to commercial real estate professionals doing business in Asia. (Professor Kawaguchi)
Your Masterclass Leaders Mark Kingston is the vice president and general manager of the financial analysis division of Realm Business Solutions, Inc. He guides the development of the commercial real estate industry’s most accepted software tools including ARGUS, DYNA and BUDGET. Mr. Kingston has over 20 years of management and sales experience, which includes several CEO positions in the software, healthcare and consumer products markets.
Professor Yuichiro Kawaguchi teaches at Waseda University’s Graduate School of Finance in Tokyo and is the founder of the University's real estate finance program. Professor Kawaguchi has published numerous books on real estate finance, and is a pioneer in the adoption of discounted cash flow (DCF) methodology in Japan.
