Your Masterclass Leader   

Alokita is working as Investment Analyst with Roulac Global Places LLC. Stationed in Hyderabad, she is mainly involved in research for the inaugural fund of the company, Roulac Global Places Fund. Her sectors of interest include Homebuilders, Real Estate Services and Commercial developers. Currently, she is also leading efforts for an Indian Real Estate Equity Fund. Her 2001 project on “Consolidation of Regional Stock Exchanges” finds direct relevance, as BSE is working on a tie-up plan with other Regional Exchanges to create Indonext, a consolidated Indian Exchange. A Gold medallist & All India topper in Level II (group) & level III in CFA, she is also is a merit list rank holder graduate of the Calcutta University.

Her company, Roulac Global Places LLC is a California based Global Place Strategy Real Estate Research Company. The company’s flagship fund “Roulac Global Places Fund” does strategic global top-down research with disciplined micro bottom-up analysis. It has returned 93.77%, form its inception in May 2003 to December 2004, outperforming all its benchmarks.  Following the principles of the global fund, the company’s India fund also plans to invest in value & growth companies in growth markets and has proprietary Market Rating Models identifying strong and weak markets. Majority of equities in the Roulac India Places Fund portfolio will represent leading property companies selected by tracking strategies, financial performance and future prospects through proprietary investment models.
