Event marketing

Emergency Communications Asia 2005 implements a strategic year-round marketing campaign that guarantees quality attendance. This campaign will ensure that all pertinent professionals and executives within the region are informed of the event, its speakers and sponsors.

The Emergency Communications Asia 2005 team has the knowledge and understanding to develop and implement integrated and comprehensive marketing campaigns designed to identify and deliver all elements of the value chain. Highly flexible and dynamic combinations of marketing opportunities exist to enhance your organisation’s reputation, profile and awareness amongst your target markets.

We will use the following channels to promote Emergency Communications Asia 2005:

Advertisements in trade publications
Working closely with industry publications and media partners, advertising and editorial campaigns will be strategically positioned throughout the year for maximum impact.

Internet marketing
Our Emergency Communications Asia 2005 website will be continually updated and open for online registration and inquiry. Links to key industry sites will generate traffic onto our site. We invite you to link your website with ours for a wider, more complete reach. Selected clients are emailed updates on the event.

Direct mail
We send out 8 separate brochure mailings between now and the conference and a brand flyer, sent to corporate users in vertical industries. Terrapinn has a fully relational database allowing careful targeting of key prospects.

Industry associations
We will work closely with relevant organisations to publicize this event.

Fax and email marketing campaigns
Printed newsletters and fax / e-mail marketing campaigns will be systematically rolled out to create awareness and drive businesses to the website.  Frequency will increase to become weekly and then daily as the event approaches.

Telemarketing
A dedicated team of account managers will contact key target delegates to secure their attendance.

In summary, we will help you generate quality business leads, enhance your profile and identify new business opportunities.
