Six Sigma for the chemical supply chain

Six Sigma applied to supply chain processes in the chemical industry - how to improve key business processes by the use of Six Sigma

The Six Sigma methodology has been used successfully by manufacturers for many years and, amongst them, GE has been at the forefront of its application.  In recent years, many other manufacturers, including chemical manufacturers have seen the benefit of implementing Six Sigma, which has a track record for quality improvements, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.

Incorporating presentations, case studies and interactive panels, this workshop hosted by R&G Global Consultants will help you understand how to implement Six Sigma into your business.

Attendance at the workshop will help you recognise the opportunities Six Sigma provides for improving efficiencies in your supply chain processes.  By attending the workshop you will:

  • Understand what Six Sigma is, what it can do for you and how it can improve your bottom line business results
  • Learn what is required to make Six Sigma a success
  • Learn how to use data to define a business process

R&G Global Consultants are the people behind General Electric’s $15.oB. Six Sigma Operating Margin Improvement over the period 1995 – 2003.   Hear how they achieved these improvements and learn how to implement the same methods to achieve success in your own business.
